Location: South / West Region (covering sites in Welham Green, Tafarnaubach, Cardiff, Taunton, Bury St Edmunds, Atherstone)
Salary: £42,000 + Company Vehicle
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Driver Trainer to deliver high-quality driver development across multiple sites in England and South Wales. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about driver safety, compliance, and improving operational standards.
As a key member of the regional team, youll work directly with drivers to enhance skills, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement. This role includes travel between sites, so a willingness to be on the road is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead driver induction and training programmes across multiple sites
* Deliver refresher and specialist training to improve skills and compliance
* Maintain accurate driver competence and training records
* Conduct post-incident reassessments and retraining as required
* Analyse driving performance data and provide coaching interventions
* Support continuous improvement in training delivery and operational standards
