Servicing & Repairs Supervisor We’re looking for an experienced Servicing & Repairs Supervisor to join our expanding Liberty team. The Role As our Servicing & Repairs Supervisor, you will manage a team of engineers and operatives delivering essential servicing, diagnostics, breakdown response and property repairs across our social housing portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards — while maintaining excellent communication with tenants. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead and support engineers delivering servicing, emergency repairs, and routine reactive works. Plan, allocate and monitor workloads using our service management system. Oversee the quality and timeliness of servicing and repair visits, including post‑inspections. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support and escalation assistance to operatives. Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations (gas, electrical, heating, compliance checks, etc.). Liaise with tenants to resolve concerns, update on progress, and ensure a positive service experience. Monitor performance, productivity, KPIs and contractor output where required. Maintain accurate service records, certificates and compliance documentation. Support the delivery of safety programmes and cyclical servicing schedules. Assist with budget monitoring, stock usage and cost‑effective working practices. Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times. What You’ll Bring Proven supervisory experience within servicing, reactive repairs, housing compliance or a similar field. Strong technical understanding of domestic servicing and repairs (e.g., gas, heating, plumbing, electrical - depending on trade background). Experience using service management or asset management systems. Trade qualifications or technical certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, ACS or relevant compliance qualifications) are desirable. Knowledge of social housing standards, compliance regulations and tenant expectations. Skills That Make You Stand Out Ability to lead, motivate and support a mobile workforce.
