We are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative position; this role is critical to the success of the company with widely varying role, including:
* Checking in containers and checking paperwork
* Moving/unloading specific waste containers
* Operating a forklift to load an autoclave
* Weigh incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers (using our Weighbridge)
* Load/operate our autoclave machine (a pressure chamber to melt materials)
* Lifting and pushingcarts
* Provide attention to detail, especially with the paperwork required to process these items
* General housekeeping
* Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably
* Working well with a team because we are all about team work
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience in a production/warehouse environment with experience of working in a fast paced position. Team work is a huge part of this role and you must be able to communicate well across the plant, and be able to support as needed. We are looking for an individual who likes variety in their work and can think through practical problems.
