Your New RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Storing materials in designated locations to maintain an organised warehouse
2. Assisting with stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
3. Supporting stock rotation and maintaining housekeeping standards
4. Preparing and labelling shipments
5. Loading goods onto vehicles safely and in line with delivery schedules
6. Adhering to allpany Health & Safety policies and procedures
7. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
8. Using equipment safely and responsibly
9. Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, shrink wrappers, and forklifts (where trained and authorised)
10. Working closely with warehouse colleagues, drivers, and other departments to meet daily targets
11. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
12. Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
What You Need to Succeed
13. Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
14. Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving heavy items
15. Good organisational and time‑management skills
16. Basic literacy and numeracy skills
17. A proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic
18. Fluency in written and spoken English
Desirable
19. Valid forklift licence
20. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or M&E environments
21. Familiarity with stock control systems
