Youll be supported by an experienced Operations Manager and an established internal leadership team including a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, nursing staff, administrator, hospitality and housekeeping teams.
The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic leadership of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, occupancy and operational performance.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team and create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team
* Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality clinical standards
* Drive occupancy and oversee commercial performance
* Manage budgets effectively and achieve financial targets
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
* Champion a culture of kindness, dignity and person-centred care
* Support continuous improvement with a focus on achieving Outstanding standards
About You
Were looking for a passionate and commercially aware leader who has:
* Previous experience managing a nursing home
* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
* A proven track record of achieving high-quality outcomes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Experience driving occupancy and business performance
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
* NMC registration preferred
