Job Title: Social Media Content Creator - AI Video Platform.

We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join a fast-growing AI video creation platform. This is a key hands-on and strategic role where you’ll own the creation and performance of short-form social content, shape how a leading AI product shows up across TikTok and Instagram, and turn product innovation into engaging, high-performing storytelling.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in short-form content creation, social-first storytelling, and performance-led experimentation. You’ll act as a core creator for the brand, producing content end-to-end while also helping define what great looks like across social channels in a rapidly evolving GenAI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and execution of short-form content across TikTok and Instagram
* Translate product features, AI capabilities, and cultural trends into engaging social-first videos
* Own end-to-end content production including concepting, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
* Act as an on-camera creator and recurring face of the brand’s social presence
* Develop repeatable content formats, series, and storytelling frameworks that scale
* Collaborate with design and motion teams to brief supporting assets (carousels, motion, visuals)
* Monitor performance metrics and use insights to continuously optimise content output
* Stay ahead of social trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to inform creative direction
* Work closely with marketing, product, and influencer teams to support integrated campaigns
* Support community engagement through content-informed insights and audience feedback loops
* Contribute to shaping the brand’s tone, storytelling style, and creative direction across social
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience creating high-performing short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
* Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention in social video
* Comfortable being on camera and producing/editing your own content
* Experience with product-led storytelling (ideally in SaaS, tech, AI)
* Strong creative instincts paired with analytical thinking and performance awareness
* Experience building or scaling content formats, series, or creator-led channels
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider creative and marketing teams
* Strong awareness of social trends, creator culture, and platform-specific behaviours
* Experience using AI tools for content creation or experimentation
