The role

Responsibilities

  • Assess the suitability of the corporate estate against service need
  • Use data analysis and research to support key decision‑making
  • Help develop business cases that secure investment in public infrastructure
  • Initiate projects that can make a real difference to service delivery
  • Develop and maintain asset management plans

Qualifications and Skills

  • Communicates clearly and confidently (both written and verbal)
  • Enjoys working with data and turning it into meaningful insight
  • Wants to make a real impact on communities and public services; no years of experience required – potential, curiosity, and a proactive mindset are sought.
  • Knowledge and interest in property, infrastructure, or public sector strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and reports
  • A self‑starter who can manage your own workload
  • Someone who enjoys working with others and building relationships
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining complex information clearly

We have embraced new ways of working and hybrid working will be a feature of this role. You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process.

Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
