The Role
The Administrative Controller will oversee planning/scheduling/allocation of operational activities for a team of engineers using our IT based control system
Must have experience as an Administrator / Controller or similar role
Ensuring client contracts are delivered on time ensuring they are compliant at all times
This person must have experience dealing directly with clients in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet client requests.
This person must have the ability to learn quickly
Responsibilities
Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly compliance targets are met
Use our IT based control system to maximise route planning and efficiencies of our engineers
Ensure correct equipment and skill set is allocated to all work and H&S obligations are met
Provide clear and accurate statistics for the purpose of reporting
Produce quotes for clients / contract renewal
Manage / plan work schedules, including reactive work
Maximise daily operations of the team whilst seeking out any opportunities for improvement & growth
Set up new client contract details on IT based control system
Key Tasks
Prioritise workload to ensure tasks are monitored throughout the day as this job will require numerous last minute changes
Ability to work fluidly to adapt to last minute ad-hoc work requests
Track and monitor client contracts and completion rates
Anticipate and resolve problems effectively
Approve client reports
Manage staff absence / amend planning system to ensure cover of all contracts
Ensure IT based system is up to date with client / staff data
Deal with clients to help resolve any issues
Skills required
Experience using IT based control system
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in dealing with staff and clients
Strong team player
Excellent IT skills are essential for this role
Ability to plan reactive work quickly and effectively and managing workload effectively
Good communicator at all levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
