About the role:We are looking for dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools in the Shoreham area. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, thrive in new environments, and want to make a positive difference in students' education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
* Quickly adapt to different school settings and subject requirements.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Uphold school policies and ensure effective classroom management.
* Support students' learning, progress, and wellbeing.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in secondary schools.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Flexibility and willingness to teach across different subject areas and schools.
* Enthusiasm for inspiring young learners.
