BMS Sales Engineer – London - £50,000\n\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BMS Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Building Management Systems, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to provide tailored solutions for clients while driving revenue growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSales and Business Development\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the BMS market.\nDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders.\nPromote the company's BMS products and solutions to prospective and existing clients.\n\nTechnical Consultation\nProvide technical guidance to customers, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of BMS solutions.\nAssess client needs and design tailored BMS solutions in collaboration with the technical and design teams.\nPrepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and system demonstrations.\n\nProject Support\nCollaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of BMS solutions.\nAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams during the sales cycle and project execution.\n\nMarket Analysis and Reporting\nConduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, standards, and regulations.\nPrepare regular sales and activity reports for management.\n\nQualifications and Skills\n\nEducational Background\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field) or a related technical discipline.\n\nExperience\nProven experience in sales or technical roles related to Building Management Systems, HVAC, or automation solutions.\nStrong understanding of BMS products, protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), and system integration.\n\nSkills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.\nSelf-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.\nProficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.\n\nCertifications\nRelevant certifications in BMS or HVAC systems are a plus (e.g., Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell).\n\nKey Attributes\n\nCustomer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills.\nPassion for technology and innovation in smart building solutions.\n \nPlease Contact \nZan Saeed\nRgb Network \nOffice: (phone number removed)\nEmail: Zsaeed @(url removed)
