You will take on a busy, varied caseload within a supportive team, with scope to develop in both mainstream conveyancing and more complex cases as your experience grows. What You'll Be Doing You will handle a broad mix of residential transactions while working closely with experienced colleagues across the wider property group. Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion Acting on remortgages, transfers of equity and investment/buy-to-let matters Working with a well-structured case management system to ensure accuracy and momentum Collaborating with specialist leasehold colleagues on enfranchisement and lease extension work where relevant Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients, agents and lenders Ensuring high standards of due diligence and risk management in line with the firm's established processes Contributing to client care initiatives, maintaining the team's reputation for responsiveness and reliability About You You will be a residential property specialist with solid technical grounding and a commitment to excellent service. 2 years' PQE (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing Confident running your own mixed caseload with appropriate supervision Strong organisational skills and an ability to keep files moving in line with client expectations Clear communicator who can provide practical, reassuring guidance throughout the transaction Comfortable using modern IT systems and case management tools Collaborative, approachable and able to build strong relationships with clients and referrers What's on Offer You'll join a property team known for its depth of experience, strong client feedback and the quality of its systems.
