£13.80 per hour + incentives
Hours:
Full-time, 3 night shifts per week (7pm7am), including alternate weekends
Full UK driving license necessary
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Care Co-ordinator
to join our team at a welcoming residential care home on the outskirts of Doncaster. Youll play a key role in supporting residents wellbeing through high-quality, person-centred care and by leading and guiding the night team to deliver the best standards of support.
Key Responsibilities
Support and supervise care staff to maintain excellent care standards.
Assist with medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
Promote residents independence, dignity, and choice.
Ensure documentation and care charts are completed to a high standard.
Support with training compliance, professional visits, and shift coordination.

Requirements
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
Minimum one years experience in a care or nursing home setting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
Able to commute within approximately 20 minutes of the home
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care
Previous experience in a senior or co-ordinator role
Experience supporting residents living with dementia
