Regional Maintenance Engineer Intelli-Park Service Delivery
Location: Field-Based (Regional) with regular site travel and hybrid working
Reports to: Engineering Supervisor
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours/week (MondayFriday, with flexibility for urgent site visits and occasional overnights)

As a Regional Maintenance Engineer, youll be the go-to problem-solver keeping our nationwide network of ANPR systems, signage, and smart-parking hardware performing at their best. With a combination of remote diagnostics and hands-on site visits, youll work across electrical systems, software monitoring, and proactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise customer experience.

* Owning each fault to completion whether it's hardware, cabling, or software-based.
* Ensuring all SLAs are met, recorded and escalated where necessary.
* Managing tools, PPE and van stock professionally and in compliance with standards.
What Youll Be Responsible For
* Monitoring and maintaining the Intelli-Park ANPR estate, including signage, poles, power, cameras and other tech.
* Using remote monitoring platforms to identify performance issues or faults.
* Conducting proactive inspections and scheduled service visits.
* Attending reactive faults and breakdowns within defined SLA periods.
* Working with suppliers to source replacement equipment and parts.
* Maintaining ISO-compliant documentation for every completed task.
* Assisting the wider engineering team in installations, signage checks, or power supply upgrades.
* Providing guidance or input into recurring fault trends or technology improvements.
What Youll Bring to the Park
* Strong background in maintenance or engineering within parking, ANPR, CCTV, or smart infrastructure
* Technical understanding of parking systems and field hardware
* Experience using remote monitoring, maintenance logs, and diagnostics tools
* Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and documentation (RAMS, PPE, Working at Height)
* High-level IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential; Power BI or SQL desirable)
* Experience in building or interpreting reports from Excel, Crystal Reports or data dashboards
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* DBS check required
