The Role: As an SEN Teacher in Slough, you will deliver highly differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), PMLD, MLD, and complex needs. Your day-to-day will involve: Creating a structured, inclusive, and happy learning environment. Tailoring the curriculum to meet individual EHCPs. Promoting independence, communication, and emotional regulation. Utilising adaptive teaching strategies to engage students of varying abilities. Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential. Experience working with SEN (ASD, PMLD, MLD) in either a special school or mainstream setting. A resilient, calm, and patient approach to behavior management.
