What’s in it for you? REALISTIC OTE of £45,000. Company Car Company Pension 9am-6pm Monday- Friday (one day off in the week.) Every other weekend. A full time, permanent role. Opportunity: Build lasting relationships with customers, offering a friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative approach throughout the entire sales journey. Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining the high standards of integrity and service our dealership is known for. Manage the full sales process - from initial enquiry and test drive, through to finance options, vehicle preparation, and handover. Follow up on leads generated through online enquiries, showroom visits, and existing customer contacts to maximise every opportunity. Personal Profile: Proven experience in sales or business development.
