Senior Support Worker – Religious Community

Location: Liverpool area
Salary: £14 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Part-Time: 25 hours Typically Monday – Friday 8.30am - 2.00pm or 1.00pm – 6.30pm (with half an hour unpaid break)

Our client is a religious community of Sisters in the Liverpool area who are seeking an experienced, dedicated Senior Support Worker to provide care and assistance to the Community. All candidates must hold a valid driving license and be prepared to transport the community as part of the role.
About the Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of the sisters, assisting them with daily tasks while respecting their dignity, independence, and religious way of life. This role is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be part of a close-knit and faith-driven community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
2. Support with meal preparation and medication reminders.
3. Provide companionship and emotional support.
4. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
5. Liaise with healthcare professionals as required and give medication.
