Job Description
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Office-based role: Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 9QF
What you’ll do:
As a Compliance Team Leader, you will manage a team of 8-10 compliance administrators responsible for compliance tracking and administration. Your role will ensure that all processes are handled in line with company procedures, allowing candidates to begin employment quickly while maintaining the safety and security of our service users. You’ll oversee every stage post-interview to ensure it is monitored and managed efficiently through our automated systems.
Qualifications
What you need
You will be an experienced Team Leader, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a positive, can-do attitude. You should have a background in administrative recruitment and compliance processes, along with the ability to analyse data and use it to lead your team toward meeting and exceeding targets. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service are essential.
