Sales Development Representative – £35k + Commission.

About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, connecting interested prospects with our Sales Executives, and helping drive business growth across small to mid-sized companies. This is an inbound-focused role, perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a keen interest in building a career in Tech B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with Sales Executives to build and manage the leads funnel.
* Engage prospects who have shown interest via sign-ups, qualify opportunities, and introduce them to Sales Executives.
* Manage your daily call list effectively and be resourceful with your time.
* Use consultative selling techniques to ensure prospect needs are at the heart of every conversation.
Who We’re Looking For
* 1–4 years of experience in sales development or a related role; internships or traineeships considered.
* Recent graduates with a strong affinity for sales are welcome.
* Ambitious individuals with potential to grow into team leadership roles.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Must have valid work authorisation and be within commutable distance of Milton Keynes.
