GTreasury is scaling its core SaaS platform - and we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead that journey.
This is a senior technical leadership role where you’ll combine deep hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, mentoring, and cross-team influence.

🧠 What You’ll Lead
* Drive technical design across front-end, backend, and data layers
* Partner with architects and product leaders on platform evolution
* Set engineering standards and raise the technical bar
* Mentor senior and mid-level engineers
* Own production reliability in a “you build it, you run it” model
