What You'll Do:
* Running the show: Lead our operations function, making sure everything lines up with company goals and our fast-moving calendar.
* Project planning & delivery: Oversee all operational aspects of our events and builds — working closely with Production, Build, and Project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and on point.
* Client & stakeholder comms: Be the key operational contact for clients. Build strong relationships, manage contracts and budgets, and make sure everyone’s in the loop.
* Budget & financials: Keep project budgets in check, manage margins, feed into company P&L, and track OPEX and CAPEX spend.
* Team leadership: Support and guide our brilliant cross-functional team. Encourage collaboration, smooth workflows, and professional growth.
* Suppliers & resources: Oversee supplier relationships, crew resourcing, and work with our wider network to deliver efficiently and to standard.
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong experience in operations management — ideally in events or production industries
* Collaborative, curious, and calm under pressure — you’re a doer, a thinker, and a team player
* Someone who’s confident managing multiple projects and timelines with a cool head and a keen eye for detail.
* Budget-savvy and commercially aware — you know how to make the numbers work.
* A natural communicator and problem-solver who can bring people together and keep things moving.
