An opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of a Senior Lead Administrator in our Home Care Bookings Team.
Bolton Council has had a Home Care Bookings Team for approximately 14 years supporting the brokerage of domiciliary home support packages to assist and enable people across the borough to remain in their home and as independent as possible.
The Home Care Bookings Team is made up of 1 x senior lead and 3 x resource planners. The team supports and ensures the speedy allocation of domiciliary home support packages for both Hospital Discharges and in community settings. It is responsible for the screening and allocation of packages of support on behalf of the council via a computer‑based information system, for changes to support packages to cover all existing and new requests for domiciliary provision, and for responding to customer demand from both internal and external partner agencies. The team also supports booking and scheduling of short‑term respite breaks via an online system.
