We’re looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to grow and engage with our community including our presence across organic channels and through in person experiences. You'll lead content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Substack and bring our collective to life both online and IRL. This is a full-time role (permanent or freelance) for someone who thrives in a startup environment, understands how to translate brand purpose into compelling content and loves building community as much as creating content. Key Responsibilities Organic Social Media Manage our social channels: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Substack Concept, design and Deliver 4-6 engaging, on-brand posts per week across platforms using our templates Adapt content into platform-specific formats (e.g. carousels, Reels, Substack updates) Create and edit short-form video content using mobile-first tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva) or brief an editor to do so Ensure all output aligns with BRiMM’s tone: warm, curious, bold and optimistic Community Building Lead our community strategy - building and engage our community, including our brand partners Daily community management across all social channels Build two-way conversations: respond to DMs, comments and community prompts Proactive engagement, Spotlighting members, brand partners and ambassadors with collaborative content Discover and amplify stories that reflect BRiMM’s mission and values Turn passive followers into active members through smart storytelling and CTAs Event Management Design, build and execute in-person events (e.g. farm trips, talks, film screenings) Coordinate all event logistics, guest communications and content capture Create event copy, graphics, event pages (using canva, tickettailor) Extend the life of events through behind-the-scenes posts, recaps and community sharing Generate event ideas and concepts that align with BRiMM brand values Growth & Impact Develop creative ideas to grow a highly engaged audience Track what’s working - weekly analysis reports across engagement, traffic and member signups Contribute ideas for series, campaigns and formats that embody BRiMM’s values of joyful irreverence, positive abundance, and collective action What We’re Looking For A passion for storytelling and building community around purpose Experience managing and growing social media accounts for mission-led brands Experienced in organising community events with great vibes A strong visual eye and ability to follow and design new brand templates Comfort working independently with a startup mindset - nimble, proactive and thoughtful Alignment with BRiMM’s values and tone: warm, optimistic, bold and action-oriented The Role Full-time (open to freelance or permanent) Hybrid - weekly in-person team meets in London Competitive day rate or salary depending on experience If you love the sound of this role but don’t tick all the boxes, please get in touch anyway.
