Committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students, we are currently seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join the team. Role Overview:
As a Class Teacher for Year 3, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the curriculum. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, assess, and provide feedback to support student progress and attainment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
You will be expected to work minimum 4 days a week in normal school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students in the class.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a culture of learning and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working as a teacher within primary schools.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
