Sales Administrator - Part-time

£16-20k doe + benefits
22.5 hours per week, Office based.
- Do you have previous experience processing orders, resolving queries and communicating with internal and external colleagues?
- Do you have strong attention to detail, accurate keyboard skills and confident using MS Office?
- Are you looking for a permanent part-time role working Monday to Friday, 9am - 2.30pm?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to work in a small team environment and provide essential admin and customer service support to the business.
Main duties will include:
- Processing orders using an internal system
- Answering phone based and emailed queries relating to deliveries, order amendments, cancellations and complaints
- Liaising with international distribution teams and colleagues to ensure delivery schedules are achieved
- Accurately maintaining related documentation and paperwork to ensure compliance
