Job Title: Paid Media Manager / Senior Manager
Location: London (Hybrid/Remote)

We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency specialising in retail and ecommerce brands. Our clients range from disruptive DTC startups to established global names — and we’re passionate about delivering real, measurable results across paid channels.
We're now looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
What You’ll Do:
* Own and manage paid media accounts across multiple clients in the retail/ecommerce space
* Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest
* Monitor performance daily, adjusting strategies to hit ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams to align messaging and landing pages
* Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients
* Stay up-to-date on platform changes and trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience in paid media (agency or in-house, ideally in ecommerce)
* Hands-on experience managing budgets across Meta and Google Ads (TikTok is a bonus)
* Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting data and spotting growth opportunities
* Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing time efficiently
* Clear communicator, both with clients and internal teams
* Self-starter — you’re proactive and not afraid to take the lead
