Brickwork Lecturer
* Annual Salary: Up to £41,603 (depending on qualifications and experience)

* Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver high-quality vocational programmes ranging from Level 1 introductory qualifications to Level 3.
* Teach a variety of courses within the brickwork discipline.
* Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
* Embed essential employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner employability.
* Collaborate with a team of educators and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications coupled with strong industry experience.
* Experience in teaching within further education is highly advantageous.
* Willingness to work towards teaching qualifications, with support provided by the institution.
* Recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
