Account Manager - Natural Ventilation
An established manufacturer of natural ventilation systems is seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop and grow sales across the North of England. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on specification-led projects within the construction sector, working closely with architects, consultants, specifiers, and contractors to secure projects from design stage through to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Promote and specify natural ventilation solutions into commercial and residential construction projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers to secure early-stage design influence
* Work with contractors and developers to support projects through to completion
* Deliver CPDs, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
* Provide technical guidance on product selection and system application
* Manage and grow a pipeline of specification-led projects across the territory
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Experience:
* Proven field sales experience within construction or building products
* Experience selling into specifiers, architects, consultants, or design teams
* Technically minded, with the ability to understand and explain engineered solutions
* Background in ventilation, HVAC, façade, or M&E products preferred
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large territory
* Full UK driving licence
The Package:
* £55,000–£60,000 basic (DOE) + bonus + benefits
