Human Resources Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for performing all HR administration functions, supporting managers with employee relations issues and completing associated tasks as directed by directors of the organisation.
Key Accountabilities to include but not limited to:
1. Issue contracts and new starter documentation for new employees and consultants joining the organisation.
2. Maintain comprehensive and accurate personnel records.
3. Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.
4. Work closely with relevant members of the Finance team to ensure they are notified of monthly changes impacting on PAYE employee payments and consultant invoice payments.
5. Support the induction of new employees and consultants.
6. Drive and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines and enforce organisation values
7. Ensure legal compliance is met in all HR activities
