Maintenance Engineer (Heavy Industrial)£45,000 - £50,000 (OTE £57k) + Training + Progression into Supervisor + Company BenefitsBurton upon Trent, StaffordshireAre you a Maintenance Engineer with experience working on heavy industrial machinery looking to join a forward-thinking, well-established recycling company where you can grow into a supervisory role and play a key part in keeping critical operations running smoothly?In this role, you'll support the growth of our recycling and waste operations by maintaining and upgrading key machinery, including shredders, balers, compactors, conveyors, and MRF systems. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and contribute to equipment installations and site improvements.
