Base Pay Range
Basic salaries start from £32,000 up to £45,000.
Bonus / OTE’s range from £37,000 up to £48,000.
OTE Hourly rates range from £17.15 up to £22.24.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm 40 hour week with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 1pm (averages out at 41.5 hours per week).
Role and Responsibilities
* Servicing, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop with emphasis on high-quality workmanship.
* Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.
* Repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles using electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
* Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
* Operate additional systems such as video reporting (e.g., CitNOW) and complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
* Collaborate with workshop team, share knowledge, and continuously learn.
About You
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, etc.
* Hold or working towards completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification is advantageous but not essential.
* MOT License beneficial but not essential.
* Full UK Driving licence.
* Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge, commitment to high standards.
