Job Description
3. Oversee VAT reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Provide expert VAT advice to the wider business as required.
5. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
6. Support with ongoing VAT projects within the business.
7. Work closely with the wider Tax team to align VAT strategy.
8. Stay up-to-date with VAT legislation changes and advise the business accordingly.
9. Assist with VAT audits and queries as necessary.
10. Support the development of VAT training materials for the wider business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VAT Assistant Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in a VAT role, ideally within the retail industry.
