A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support key business services teams. The role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on delivery across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and shaping people plans that drive performance, engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
2. Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities.
3. Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives.
4. Support organisational design and workforce planning.
5. Partner with Reward, HR Operations, Finance and Talent Acquisition.
6. Manage senior‑level ER issues and the promotions process.
7. Drive engagement activity, including survey action planning.
8. Use data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Lead HR projects and contribute to broader HR collaboration.
Skills & Experience
10. Minimum two years’ experience as an HRBP, in professional services.
11. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
12. Proven ability to influence, challenge constructively and build trust.
13. Experience delivering pragmatic, commercial HR solutions.
14. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
15. Confident with data, insights and core IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
16. A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset.
