Hays Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for a highly reputable organisation in Dundee for a temporary Personal Assistant to support their senior management team and Chief Executive for an initial 6- month contract with the opportunity to be permanent.
Your new role
1. Manage all iing correspondence and share as required
2. Appointment scheduling and diary management
3. Managing expenses for director
4. Ad-hoc administrative tasks to internal and external stakeholders
5. Ensuring up-to-date records of contacts
6. Preparing agendas for meetings
7. Minute taking
8. Maintain and develop accurate systems and ensure effective audit trails
9. Drafting various documents for directors
10. Coordinate travel arrangements
11. Managing visitor requests and maintaining an up-to-date schedule of meetings
What you'll need to succeed
12. Experience working as a Personal Assistant or supporting senior stakeholders
13. Proven ability to manage high-volume document management and maintain databases
14. Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
15. Experience planning and coordinating events
16. Excellentmunication skills
17. High attention to detail and organisational skills
