As the Administration Branch Officer, you will be the backbone of our local branch, providing vital support across a range of administrative functions. You’ll work closely with our Branch Staff, external stakeholders, customers, and our community members to ensure efficient day to day operations.
Overview
The Administrator position supports the Branch Manager and branch operations, delivering administrative services and customer support to drive efficient day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to our customers
* Provide general administrative support including counter sales, general branch administration, data entry and invoicing
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational procedures
* Support Branch projects and initiatives as required
In this role, you will be supported and mentored by the Branch Manager, so it is an excellent opportunity to be in a key position supporting the operations of the branch.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, have a ‘can do’ attitude, focus on teamwork, communication, and safety, and have sound computer skills.
