This post offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic researcher to build on their existing research skills by being part of a transformative research project on how climate-friendly insulating gases are assessed, selected, designed and demonstrated in high-voltage applications.
This full-time post is available as soon as possible and is fixed-term for 24 months. The appointed post holder will be responsible to Dr Lujia (Tony) Chen and will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of research activities related to sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and its alternatives, as well as the development of high-current high-voltage circuits.
