Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Handyperson to join our facilities management team, working on our Ministry of Justice contract in beautiful North Wales!
Location & Hours
Location: Covering multiple sites in North Wales, including Wrexham, Newtown, Flint, and Bangor. Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional office visits.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role
As a Handyperson, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our Ministry of Justice properties across North Wales. Collaborating with our friendly facilities management team, you’ll ensure our Approved Premises and Probation Offices are safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple North Wales sites.
* Perform skilled repairs, including fixing carpets, re-securing fixtures, patching paintwork, and resolving minor blockages.
* Conduct regular temperature checks, light testing, and appliance assessments.
* Install and replace security features like locks, bolts, and padlocks as needed.
* Participate in an on-call rota to ensure our properties receive care when they need it most.

* You hold a clean driving license and can manage on-call responsibilities.
