Your role will be key in upholding this caring, respectful environment by ensuring lessons run smoothly and students continue to receive high‑quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervising classes during teacher absence and maintaining a productive learning environment.
2. Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects at secondary level.
3. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school values and policies.
4. Supporting pupils to stay engaged, focused, and respectful.
5. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe atmosphere for all learners.
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience working with young people (education-based or otherwise).
7. Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
8. A calm, confident presence in the classroom.
9. Flexibility and willingness to support different subjects and year groups.
10. A genuine commitment to helping students learn and grow.
