PROJECT MANAGER
LONDON, UK (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)
A benchmarked salary between £48, to £54, based on your level within our.

Project Managers work closely with teams across the business including, operations, client services, strategy, social media management and creative. Youll play a crucial role in managing project plans and timelines, reporting on commercials, collaborating with resource management and implementing ways of working.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Managing the account operations and the day-to-day requirements of your clients including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements
2. Proactively foreseeing commercial & operational challenges and escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, when required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges
3. Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive) Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly
4. Ensure timesheets are updated in a timely manner each week and reporting regularly on how we're tracking with recommendations for improvement
5. Doing what you say to develop and maintain brilliant collaborative relationships with your account teams to deliver seamlessly
6. Saying it simply to ensure every person in the team knows exactly whats expected of them at all stages as well as clearly & confidently articulating project plans to clients where required

10. Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection
11. Real drive and ambition: you are passionate and ambitious. Youre confident in your ability to adapt to the ever-changing world of social and a proactive self-starter with a mindset of growth and the drive to make it happen
12. 2+ years experience working in social media (agency-side preferable)
