The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities to support the wider Partnerships team. You will sit at the front end of our revenue engine — identifying target accounts, building data segments, and proactively engaging prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Your focus will be on creating high-quality conversations, qualifying opportunities against clear criteria, and booking discovery calls and product demonstrations. You will manage your pipeline with discipline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide clear reporting to management.
This role offers a clear progression pathway into the Partnerships team and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales. It comes with strong earning potential, within a fun, ambitious, and dynamic team environment.
You’ll be selling a product you can genuinely be proud of, representing a company with an exceptional reputation for relationship building and service. If you’re commercially driven, resilient, and motivated by success — and want to play a meaningful role in driving a growing business forward — this is a strong platform to build your career.
