An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire is seeking an Office Manager / Senior Paraplanner to support its growing client base and lead a small team of paraplanners and administrators.

This is a key position within the business, combining technical paraplanning expertise with leadership and operational responsibility.
We are looking for someone with Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) and experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
The role is office based Monday to Friday and comes with excellent benefits including 24 days holiday, and an enhanced pension.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Writing complex suitability reports
Managing the end-to-end advice process
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
Supporting, mentoring, and supervising a small team
Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality client outcomes
Skills/Experience
Motivated and detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge and leadership capability
A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong technical understanding of financial planning
Experience using Intelligent Office (I.O.) and adviser platforms
Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
Strong organisational and team coordination abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
A proactive and self-motivated mindset
Reliability and a commitment to high standards
