Due to maternity leave within the HR team, we’re working with our client to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager on a fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026. This is a key role where you’ll take the lead on critical projects aligned to the organisation’s People Strategy, including equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), employee experience, policy development and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver strategic HR projects, including pay policy and structure review
* Drive initiatives like private medical insurance and employee appreciation schemes
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders on people strategy implementation
* Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
* Champion EDI/DEI integration across all HR project activity
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in HR project management or organisational development
* Track record of implementing people strategies and policies
* Familiarity with EDI/DEI practices in a corporate or professional setting
* Comfortable navigating complex governance and slow-paced environments
* Ability to build credibility and communicate clearly at all levels
