Job Description
Reporting to the PMO Manager, The PMO Administrator will support the PMO team in coordinating project activities. This role involves handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that project documentation and processes are maintained accurately and timely.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
Key Duties of a PMO Administrator:
1. Support the PMO team with project coordination: coordinating activities, resources and information.
2. Ensure timely and accurate updates are completed by project teams and are ready for review by senior stakeholders.
3. Schedule, organize, and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
