General Manager (Sales) – Precision Engineering
Locations: Huddersfield & Bury
Salary: £95,000 + pension + performance-based incentives
Wilbest Precision Engineering and Falcon Precision Engineering are established CNC and precision engineering businesses operating as part of a wider group, benefiting from shared strategic direction, investment, and collaboration.
We are recruiting a sales-focused General Manager to lead both businesses and drive profitable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, creating new opportunities, and turning strategy into results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and margin across both businesses
Lead customer engagement, relationship building, and new business development
Create and deliver sales initiatives and routes to market
Own and manage P&L performance
Align sales activity with operational capability and capacity
Lead teams to deliver high quality and on-time performance
Promote values of quality, integrity, innovation, collaboration, and customer care
About You
Background in CNC, precision engineering, manufacturing, or technical B2B sales
Proven track record of winning business and driving growth
Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
Confident dealing directly with customers and key stakeholders
Comfortable leading across sales, operations, and people
