Job Title: Deputy Clinic Manager Renal Dialysis Location: Gloucester Cotswolds Salary: £44,517 £45,637 per annumClosed SundayWe are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Clinic Manager to join a well-established renal dialysis clinic in the Gloucester Cotswolds area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior renal nurse looking to step into a leadership role, supporting the Clinic Manager in delivering high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care in partnership with the NHS.Key Responsibilities
* Support the Clinic Manager in the overall running of the dialysis clinic
* Lead the clinic in the absence of the Manager
* Ensure high standards of patient care and positive clinical outcomes
* Supervise, support and develop nursing staff through training and mentorship
* Manage staff rotas and patient scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and Renal Association standards
* Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the wider team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
* Post-registration qualification in renal nursing
* Minimum of 2 years experience in haemodialysis at a senior level
* Previous experience managing or leading a nursing team
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* IT literacy, including MS Office
