Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line customer-facing and remote technical support.
* Manage ICT assets, ensuring controlled movement and updating central asset registers.
* Develop and implement ICT equipment testing plans to maximize service availability.
* Oversee ICT equipment disposal in conjunction with approved third parties.
* Maintain and update the Onsite Engineering Knowledge Base to help reduce incident resolution times.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet and enhance ICT requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven management experience in an on-site support environment.
* Support experience in an IT support role.
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
* Experience with Microsoft applications such as Office 2016/2019, Office 365, Google Classroom, and SCCM/MDT.
* Understanding of backup technologies and recovery processes.
* Knowledge of LAN/WLAN topologies in a support setting.
