The Role We are looking for a passionate and resilient Intervention Tutor to join our team. This role focuses on delivering targeted interventions to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and making measurable academic progress. You will work closely with teaching and support staff to deliver personalised sessions, either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, both on-site and in alternative settings. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions tailored to individual needs Support pupils in core subjects such as English and Maths Help re-engage students with learning through adaptive and creative approaches Monitor progress and provide feedback to the wider school team Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Essential Requirements Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEMH or alternative provision setting Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and adaptable A proactive and supportive approach to behaviour and learning A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Please note: Driving is essential, as some intervention will take place off-site or in alternative learning environments.
