Key Responsibilities:
Teach and Inspire
Deliver high-quality, hands-on teaching across our Motorsport Engineering courses, helping students translate theory into track-ready solutions.
Curriculum Development
Develop and update course content to reflect current industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Student Mentorship
Support and motivate learners in their academic journey and future career development.
Industry Engagement
Build partnerships with motorsport organisations to create opportunities for student placements, live projects, and internships.
What We're Looking For:
A degree-level qualification in Motorsport or Automotive Engineering (essential)
A teaching qualification (desirable - or willingness to work towards one)
Real-world experience in motorsport or automotive engineering
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and staying connected with industry advancements
