Responsibilities
The Counter Manager has overall responsibility for the achievement of Benefit retail objectives in store. By leading your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximise all sales opportunities and ensure that the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience possible.
Duties Include:
* Management: Managing Brow and Beauty advisors by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained.
* Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegating to advisors, making customer connections, demonstrating products, carrying out beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
* Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training provided to become a Brow Expert!)
* Teamwork: Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to keep the team motivated and goal-oriented.
* Promotion and Events: Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to build business.
* Stock: Ensuring the counter is always stocked and reporting concerns promptly.
* Communication: Maintaining open communication with store/department managers and area managers.
* Administration: Completing required administrative tasks and assisting with area manager administration as needed.
* Staff Rotas: Preparing fair staff rotas monthly.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
Team members must be willing to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
