Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Accrington, starting July. This role is offered on a temporary basis initially, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across the classroom alongside the class teacher
* Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support learning and development
* Assisting with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has previous experience working within a primary or secondary school setting
* Is patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
* Can work well as part of a team and use their initiative
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
