Role Overview
Chinti & Parker is seeking a commercially astute and operationally rigorous Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO in delivering the next phase of international growth.
This role requires a financially qualified leader (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with strong global operational experience across logistics, ecommerce and marketplace, supply chain, finance, people, and legal infrastructure.
The COO will translate strategic vision into disciplined execution, ensuring operational excellence across the UK, US and EU.
Critically, the COO will also embed structured project management across the business, ensuring that strategic initiatives are clearly defined, prioritised, implemented, and delivered against measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
* Work alongside the CEO to define and implement company strategy
* Drive execution of growth plans across the UK, US and EU markets
* Build scalable operational infrastructure to support 3–5 year expansion
* Lead the financial team in planning and strategy
Project Management & Business Execution
* Establish and lead a business-wide project management framework to drive strategic initiatives
* Translate strategy into clear workstreams, timelines, owners and deliverables
* Ensure all key projects move from problem identification → solution design → implementation → measurement
* Introduce consistent ways of working across teams, including:
* prioritisation frameworks
* milestone tracking
* accountability structures
* Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, ecommerce and operations
* Monitor delivery against key business priorities (brand, product, profitability) and escalate risks early
* Implement clear reporting on project progress to CEO and Board
* Ensure focus on high-impact initiatives, avoiding dilution of effort across too many priorities
* Embed a culture of accountability and solution-led thinking across teams
International Logistics & Supply Chain
* Oversee all international logistics operations
* Manage and optimise 3PL relationships in the US and UK
* Lead sourcing and onboarding of new 3PL partners (EU / Asia)
* Ensure cost efficiency, service performance and contractual robustness
* Drive improvements in inventory control, fulfilment, and margin protection
Finance Leadership
* Lead and develop the finance team
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management
* Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes
* Support funding, banking and investor relationships where required
* Drive margin improvement and cost discipline across the business
Ecommerce, Marketplace & Wholesale Oversight
* Oversee operational performance across DTC ecommerce, marketplace and wholesale channels
* Ensure seamless integration between inventory and fulfilment
* Drive operational efficiency and profitability across:
* owned ecommerce (Shopify or equivalent)
* US marketplaces (e.g. Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Amazon where relevant)
* wholesale distribution
* Ensure operational scalability to support international growth
HR & People Operations
* Oversee HR strategy, compliance and employee lifecycle management
* Support leadership development and performance frameworks
* Ensure organisational structure aligns with growth strategy
* Maintain a high-performance, accountable culture
Legal & Contracts
* Oversee commercial contracts including 3PL, wholesale, distribution and supplier agreements
* Manage risk, compliance and governance processes
* Ensure international operational compliance (UK, US, EU)
Candidate Profile
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent financial qualification)
* Proven senior operational leadership within fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
* Experience managing international 3PLs and global logistics
* Strong commercial acumen with hands-on financial leadership
* Demonstrated ability to scale operational infrastructure
* Experience implementing project management frameworks and driving cross-functional execution
